Brunel is arguably the most famous engineer to have lived having worked on many revolutionary projects including railways, bridges and ships. The elegantly crafted features of our unique Brunel sideboard make it a truly remarkable piece of industrial furniture paying homage to an inspiring engineering icon.

Design and construction.

Based on old train carriages the Brunel sideboard is unique in its design. The precision laser cut mild steel panels are securely riveted together to form a very solid unit. Each module sits upon 4 hand fabricated steel wheels that are cleverly raised just off of the floor making the whole sideboard appear to be floating. The 40mm thick timber top overhangs the unit on all sides by 12.5mm. Based on 3 modules the central module comes with 4 smooth running drawers whilst the outer modules have locking doors with an adjustable shelf. Additional features include, Brass corner bumpers, Brass handles and Brass fixings.
