When placing an order with us not only will you be able to see plenty of photographs on our website but you can also visit our workshop and showroom in person to see examples of our furniture.
We are also happy to post small samples of steel and/or timber for your approval if required.
Furniture that is bespoke/made to order is not subject to distance selling regulations and is therefore non-returnable. However you are entitled to cancel your contract providing you act within 2 working days of placing your order via email or phone.
If you wish to exercise this right please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us within the specified time frame.
After the 2 day cancellation period we have no further obligation to take back these Goods, though may do so with the addition of a 25% restocking fee plus any other delivery or collection fee incurred. This is entirely at our discretion.
Faulty or damaged items
We produce handmade furniture from industrial grade steel and solid timber. All items are thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that and item is delivered and is proven damaged or faulty we will either offer to repair the item or replace the item like for like. Due to the nature of the item being handmade a new realistic delivery date will be given.
